Operation Sexy 4 V-Day :)

Goal: To be able wear a sexy dress for my boyfriend, make his jaw drop, and ACTUALLY FEEL sexy.
            So recently I started working out again. It started on Friday January 21, 2011.
FRIDAY--I ran two miles. Mile 1- 7 minutes. Mile 2- not so great. It was very cold and an asthma attack was approaching.
SATURDAY-- I ran three miles.It was only suppose to be 2 but I didn't want to run by the soccer boys :)SUNDAY-- I worked out doing arms/abs/legs/zumba for about an hour and ten minutes.
MONDAY-- (Today) I went to the gym with Mandy and did squats and some lifting. We were only there for about 40 minute, but it was a good start to my health kick.I came back and did the ab ripper, and a little yoga for stretching.
     I also have been trying to eat a little better...this is a work in progress,but we are getting there. By the time Valentines day comes around I will have been working out three weeks. I need you all to keep me accountable and push me. This is my kick to get back into this again. It's something I love, but I need help getting started!
